Pre-Order Shipping:

1. Expected Shipping Date: Pre-order items are not yet in stock and are estimated to ship by September 2024. We do our best to meet these estimates, but please note that these timelines are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.
2. Shipping Notification: We will notify you via email once your pre-order item is ready to ship. This email will contain your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
3. Shipping Method: All pre-order items are shipped via our standard shipping method unless otherwise specified. If you order in-stock items along with pre-order items, your in-stock items will ship separately so you can enjoy them sooner.

Pre-Order Returns:

1. Return Policy: Pre-order items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective pre-order item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [support@quevapets.com] to arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
3. Cancellation: You can cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships. Please note, however, that once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a regular return.
